SHIPPING POLICY
At the time of purchase, you will receive the different shipping options,
including the international shipping option, by entering the address to which the package will be shipped.
Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store.
All shipments are made from our office located in the city of Doral, Florida,
USA.
Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at the
time of purchase and the destination address.
When making your purchase you will be kept informed of your order by
email.
Please wait one or two days after the estimated delivery date for any time
you may have such weather conditions that may delay your order.

Include your order number in the email message so that we can follow up
on your order, that way we will help you obtain the package as soon as
possible possible.
Please note that once your order has been processed, we cannot change
your shipping address or change the route of packages.
If a package cannot be delivered to the address you can provide or is
returned to our store, we may contact you for reshipment and certain fees
may apply.
NOTE: International Tax Charges may apply depending on the Country
where the shipment is made and are borne by the customer.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS WITHIN THE USA.
Requests for return or exchange of an order must be made within 15 days
from the date of purchase.
Returns:
We are sorry to hear that you want to return an item.
If you want to return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to
do so, please send us an email to [email protected] Please include your
order number and the reason you are returning the item. We will send you
an email with instructions to follow.
Keep in mind that we will carry out a Store Credit, which you can use in our
store whenever you want and to be used in any item.
Items must be returned in perfect condition.
We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process Store Credit, once the
package reaches our warehouse. We will try to do it as soon as possible.
Once your return is approved and processed, we will mail you a Store
Credit from the store.
Shipping costs will not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good
condition, have been used or altered in any way.
Note: All shipping costs to return an item must be borne by the customer.

If you would like to exchange your product for another model, we will be
happy to help you!

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in perfect condition and in

We will send your new product to you as soon as the change is processed
in our store. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the day
we receive your product back in our store.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the products are not in good
condition, have been used or altered in any way.
Note: All shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer, as
well as any price difference on the new product.
If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a Store Credit.
Sorry, items purchased outside of the US are not eligible for returns or
exchanges.
